The Utah Acupuncture Association represents the shared interests of the acupuncture profession in Utah by engaging constructively with lawmakers, regulators, educators, and healthcare stakeholders. Who We Are
The Utah Acupuncture Association is a statewide professional trade association representing the acupuncture profession in Utah. We serve as a centralized, organized voice for practitioners and stakeholders by engaging constructively with policymakers, regulators, educators, and allied healthcare professionals to support public safety, clear regulation, and sustainable professional practice.
What We Do
The Association engages in professional representation by monitoring legislation and regulation, participating in policy and rulemaking processes, and providing accurate information about acupuncture practice and education to lawmakers and regulators. Our work focuses on clarity, consistency, and responsible governance that protects the public while supporting a viable professional workforce.
Who Should Join
Membership is open to licensed acupuncturists, acupuncture students, clinics and employers, educational institutions, and licensed healthcare professionals who practice acupuncture under an alternate professional license. The Association provides a structured forum for participation, communication, and professional representation appropriate to each membership category.
